Born and raised in Thailand, brings nearly a decade of hospitality management experience and an MBA to every concept she builds.
After opening multiple restaurants across Thailand, She founded East West Cuisine Hospitality.Home to Hed Verythai, Hed 11 and HED NYC expanding her vision from the West Coast to the East Coast.Driven by a commitment to authentic Thai dining.
She continues to introduce thoughtful restaurant concepts to new audiences across San Francisco and New York City.

Born in Malaysia and shaped by years living in Thailand.
Chef Bryan Chew brings a Southeast Asian soul to HED NYC's kitchen with over a decade across New York's Michelin-starred dining rooms including Eleven Madison Park, Noksu, Smyth, Manzke, Kato and Atera.
He brings a technique driven, ingredient first approach to seasonal sharing plates that are refined yet deeply personal at HED NYC.

Born and raised in Bangkok brings an authentic foundation to every kitchen.
Shaped by experience at Bangkok's acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants including Swaan and Bo.lan. He developed a deep understanding of Thai cuisine at the fine dining execution level.
Leads the culinary direction across Hed Verythai SF,Hed 11 and HED NYC crafting seasonal menus rooted in balance, technique and precision.
